TIGE is a contemporary floral studio offering fresh, made-to-order floral arrangements.

2. PRODUCTS
Our floral arrangements are created by hand using fresh and seasonal flowers.
Because flowers are natural products, each arrangement is unique. Individual flowers, colours, shapes, sizes, textures, and proportions may vary depending on seasonal availability.
Product images on our website are intended to provide a guide to the overall aesthetic, style, colour palette, and scale of an arrangement. The final arrangement may differ from the image while maintaining the intended TIGE aesthetic.
TIGE reserves the right to substitute unavailable flowers with blooms of comparable quality, value, colour, and overall appearance.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to product and flower availability and acceptance by TIGE.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. TIGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, or fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be added at checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when placing an order.
TIGE reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or promotional errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
5. DELIVERY
TIGE offers delivery within designated delivery areas.
Delivery fees and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions.
TIGE is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable.
Once an arrangement has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the customer or recipient.
6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because TIGE arrangements are made to order and contain fresh, perishable flowers, cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

7. WEBSITE CONTENT
All content on the TIGE website, including photographs, product descriptions, written content, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, and other materials, belongs to TIGE or its respective licensors.
